Hello I’m Kirsten – I have worked at Pre-School for 17 years, for 7 of which I have been Manager. I am NNEB and Level 2 Makaton trained with over 32 years’ experience working with children. I am the Health and Safety Officer and First Aid trained. I have 3 children; Samuel 23 and Charlotte & Emily 22, and a grandson; Max who is 2.

Esther

Hello I’m Esther – I have been involved in Pre-School for 19 years. I have been a permanent member of staff for 10 years, assistant manager for 6 years.  I am NVQ level 3, First Aid and Level 2 Makaton trained.
I am also the Pre-School SENCO and Designated Safeguard lead. I have 4 
grown-up children all who have attended Oakley Pre-School.

Hello my name is Emily, I joined Pre-School in October 2020 as bank staff. I am originally trained as a florist but am enjoying exploring a different experience working with children. I am now training in Early Years childcare.
